Permissions:
Over the week, we may take some photos and we'll need your permission to do this. The purpose of these is simply to have a record of the week and to share the activities with the rest of the church.
Also, in the unlikely event of an accident, we'll need your prior permission for first aid to be administered to your child by a trained adult.
Finally, we'll need your permission for your child to be treated by a GP/hospital, including treatment under general anaesthetic if necessary.
We'll ask you to provide this permission by signature when you first arrive at holiday club.
